A, Fire& special Perils policy:
This policy covers individual houses, offices, shops, commercial buildings, and manufacturing units, against Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Aircraft damage. Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption, Storm&Tempest, Flood , Escape of water from any tank, apparatus or pipes, Impact by road vehicle or animal, and burglary.
This policy can be extended to cover loss of rent, debris removal and any other fixed charges for running the business, and also against riot, strike and malicious damage.

B, Property All Risks:
This is a wider cover than the Fire and Special Perils Policy. This policy is more suitable for large commercial and industrial risks.
