 This Policy is meant for residential premises. It covers loss of property due to Fire,Lighting, Explosion, Aircraft damage. Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption, Storm&Tempest, Flood , Escape of water from any tank, apparatus or pipes, impact by road vehicle or animal, and burglary, loss of rent and Thid party Liability.Under this policy, extension can be given for Persional Accident Cover to the Insured and Spouse, Tenant’s Liability and Contents temporarily removed from the buildings.
In respect of tenants, the Policy can be taken only for contents.
